I am a licensed and insured massage therapist, Fl Lic. # MA73773, and a proud member of the AMTA . My passion since I became licensed to practice massage therapy in 2013 has been to make people feel their very best. Over the years, I’ve found that a great start to achieving that goal is for me to travel to your location.
As a mobile massage therapist, I bring a professional massage to your home or office.
My goal is to help your muscles achieve and maintain optimal performance. If they are injured, I can help fix them.. over-worked or under-used, I can soothe them. Sometimes you may need a relaxing massage to take away a rough emotional day, I’ll be there for you.
Services offered: Myofascial Release, Myofascial Massage, Relaxation, Classic Swedish massage, Neuromuscular Therapy/NMT, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue massage, Sports massage, Gua Sha, and Reiki Energy work, and a gentle touch for Palliative care. *July 2018~ I will be adding Thai Massage and Holistic Listening to the modalities I provide! *
In addition to massage, I am a certified level 2 Reiki practitioner, and believe in the healing power of the life energy that flows through all living things. Let me help you achieve and maintain homeostasis (the balanced state of good health that our bodies seek). I strive to be as helpful as possible, harm no one, be honest, trustworthy and loving to all.
I recognize that my clients are all unique individuals, so I provide everyone with a customized treatment- no “cookie-cutter massage” from me! I absolutely love what I do, and also love learning new things everyday. I’m currently a student of Everglades University, pursuing my Bachelor of Science Degree in Alternative Medicine. This will enable me to incorporate even more natural healing methods into my practice. Some of the areas I’m exploring are nutrition and aging, antioxidants, herbology and botany, homeopathy, aromatherapy, stress reduction, relaxation, meditation... these are exciting times!
